Delivery schedule

Our aim is to dispatch 100% of orders received before 14:00 pm the same day. However, this might not always be the case should an item be out of stock, or one of your items are out of stock. Our standard delivery normally takes 2-7 working days, but we aim to deliver quickly. Any errors found on orders, for example address details or payment details may delay your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to inaccuracies. We may require additional verifications or information before processing and shipping any orders, which in turn may delay your order. For our standard delivery timescale please see table above. For our express delivery please allow 1-2 days. In both cases we regret we cannot guarantee delivery service or times. In the rare event that the carrier fails to deliver within the specified time, 7 days must be allowed for the consignment to be located. If the delivery time falls outside 14 days from order you will be entitled to cancel. From time to time we may use more than one carrier for your order; in this case parts of order may arrive at different times. 

For orders that result in a failed delivery due to no one being able to sign for delivery or for orders that are returned to sender, a £13.95 carriage charge per parcel will be applied*

Pre-orders

We will allow pre-orders when manufacturer is currently out of stock of this item but has issued estimated dates for stock replenishment. The product will show the month currently quoted by the manufacturer and can be anytime during that month. As goods are imported, many conditions can affect these pre-order dates.  These are estimates given by the manufacturer to us and are subject to change.  If you do need your goods by a certain date that is close to the delivery estimate, we would recommend that you look at an alternative.  Our purchasing team will keep you fully updated on the progress of your pre-order via email and on our online tracking facility should there be any changes to your order. All orders accepted subject to availability.

Split Deliveries/Separate Couriers

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel and/or via seperate couriers. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.

Delivery exclusions

Please note that at present we are unable to deliver selected items outside the United Kingdom.

Please see the product detail page for the delivery lead times.  Our standard Free Delivery and Express Delivery Services excludes deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey).  Deliveries to these areas are charged at £13.95 per parcel. You will need to select the applicable option at checkout.  Selection of the wrong delivery method for you region could result in a delayed order.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation but also that you are available to accept the delivery. Please see below for a breakdown of when you can expect to receive your delivery:

Orders Successfully Placed Before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are attempted for dispatch on the same day and delivered within 2-7 working days using our Standard Free Delivery Service.

Orders Successfully Placed Before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are attempted for dispacth on the same day and delivered within 1-2 working day using our Express Delivery Service.

Orders after 2.00pm will be despatched the following working day.

Weekend Orders (Saturday/ Sunday) are Despatched on the next working day.

*Please Note the Above applies to UK Mainland Deliveries Only.  Please allow an additional day for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and 2 additional days for deliveries to Jersey & Guernsey.

*For delivery before Christmas, your orders must be placed by 2PM on 21 December 2021.  Any orders placed after this time and date will not be delivered until after christmas. Please note that orders delivered using our standard FREE Delivery Service cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. Therefore, to ensure delivery in time for christmas, we will suggest you choose our Express Delivery Service and place your order by 2PM on 21 December 2021.

 

What does the shipping status 'Out of Stock' mean?

The manufacturer is currently out of stock of this item and currently has not issued any date for stock replenishment. Please use our email facility on the product and you will be emailed once the product is available to purchase.

What are your shipping methods?

DPD Post

Items dispatched via DPD will be sent on their tracked service. The items are dispatched from our warehouse within the timescale stated at the point of order.  Once the order has left our warehouse, this service provides a next working day delivery service to the majority of mainland UK postcodes. There are exceptions to the next working day delivery service such as Northern Ireland and the highlands and islands of Scotland where delivery may take longer. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Due to the nature of parcel delivery, next working day delivery cannot be guaranteed. An email is sent to you with your tracking details once the item has been dispatched so you can check when your parcel is out for delivery.  Alternatively your tracking details can also be located within our Track Your Order section.

Hermes Packet Post

Items dispatched via 'Packet Post' will be sent via Hermes/Yodel/Royal mail. The items are dispatched from our warehouse within the timescale stated at the point of order.  Due to the nature of this distribution method, please allow up to 8 working days for delivery from time of order. An email is sent to you with your tracking details once the item has been dispatched so you can check when your parcel is out for delivery.  Alternatively, your tracking details can also be located within our Track Your Order section.

Direct Dispatch

Some items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer.  If this is the case, then your order line may be stamped with (Dispatched Direct From The Manufacturer) on your email order confirmation and within the Track Your Order section.  Alternatively, you may be notified via email or our Track Your Order section that your order has been placed with the manufacturer for direct delivery.  When this is the case, it is not possible for us to obtain the tracking details but your order will be dispatched within the timescales shown at time of order.  Our purchasing team will keep you fully updated on the progress of your order via email and on our online tracking facility should there be any changes to your order.  By placing an order on our website, you are consenting to us passing your delivery address details on to the manufacturer for order fulfilment.   Further information regarding our Terms & Conditions and the way we use your personal information can be found here.
