Why should I book an appointment?
While you are always welcome to pop in and browse, booking an appointment guarantees you one-on-one time with a product expert. We’ll guide you through our range of travel systems, car seats, and nursery furniture, and accessories demonstrating the latest features and helping you find the perfect products that suit your needs.
How long does a personal shopping session last?
Typically, our appointments last between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on what stage you are in your buying journey. This gives us plenty of time to compare different brands, practise folding prams, and discuss your needs without feeling rushed.
Is there a fee for booking?
Not at all! Our personal shopping consultations are completely free of charge and carry no obligation to purchase. We’re simply here to help you make an informed choice that’s right for your family.
Can I bring my partner or family members?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring anyone who will be involved in the decision-making process. If you already have little ones in tow, they are more than welcome to come along too—we are a baby store, after all!
Can I test the car seats in my own car?
Yes! In fact, we highly recommend it. Part of our service includes a safety fitting check. Our experts can take our demonstration models out to your vehicle to ensure they are compatible and that you feel confident installing them correctly.
Do I need to know what I want before I arrive?
Not at all. Whether you have a specific shortlist or you’re starting from scratch and feeling a bit overwhelmed, we’ll meet you where you are. We’ll ask a few questions about your daily routine—such as whether you’ll be walking on city pavements or country paths—to help narrow down the best options for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We know that life happens (especially when you're expecting!). If you can’t make it, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if possible, so we can offer the slot to another parent-to-be. You can amend your booking via your confirmation email or by giving us a quick ring
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have multiple free on-site parking right outside the showroom, making it easy for you to test car seats and load any smaller purchases or collections you might have on the day
