Enjoy Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £75. We partner with trusted couriers including DPD and EVRi for standard parcels, and specialist couriers for larger items and furniture.
Order Processing & Dispatch
We work hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Here's what you need to know:
In-stock orders
Dispatched within 24–48 hours
Express & Saturday orders
Must be placed before 2pm, Monday–Friday
Weekend orders
Orders after 2pm Friday are processed Monday, delivered from Tuesday
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after cut-off times will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery FAQs
How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse or the manufacturer, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Who will deliver my order?
We partner with trusted couriers, including DPD and EVRi for standard parcels, and dedicated furniture couriers for larger nursery items.
What happens if I'm not home?
Our couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, or attempt redelivery depending on the courier's policy.
Will my order arrive in multiple deliveries?
If your order includes items with different lead times, your order may arrive in separate parcels. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
Do you offer international delivery?
At the moment, lilycuddles delivers within the UK only.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your delivery address. Contact our customer care team as soon as possible.
What if my order is delayed?
Please wait for the estimated delivery window to pass, then contact our customer care team and we'll help track your parcel.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll resolve the issue quickly.
Will pre-orders delay my order?
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship.
Do you offer assembly services?
We currently do not offer an assembly service. All furniture is delivered flat-packed with clear instructions.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet these conditions:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Refund processed within 5–10 working days.
