30 Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items that you're not completely happy with.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In a resalable condition

How to Return an Item

Starting a return is easy through your account:

  1. 1 Log in to your account and go to Order History
  2. 2 Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. 3 Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
  4. 4 Print your return label and ship the item back

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item through your account
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll need:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or fault
  • A description of the issue

All items reported as faulty or damaged will be assessed by us or the manufacturer. In the event that a fault is determined, an arragement will be made for a repair, replacement or refund.
