Once you've placed an order, this is passed on to our packing team and prepared for its journey to you. This all happens really quickly, so please note that we can't usually make changes after the order has been placed.
This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, products or payment method.
If you've realised something isn't quite right after you've placed your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one.

How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen items to your basket and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I change or cancel my order?
The time frame for canceling an order depends on the stock status and delivery option selected. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
